What is a 0% forging?

Hey, I read it someone and I didn’t understand what it meant…
Metal work if that helps but I think it is actually casting than a forging but I cannot be sure… Any info would help greatly.

A forge is basically a hammering machine tool. If it is not forged, it can be cast, drilled or turned on a lathe. IOW, the piece has not been submitted to any hammering force.
