A Yahoo Search: silver casting process
will, with a little reading, get lots of information.
    Good luck.

Same way of casting any other metal of similar melting point (e.g., brass or copper). Most silver parts are small, so lost-wax casting is often suitable: a positive of the desired part is made out of wax, it is buried in plaster; the thing heated to burn out the wax; a sprue hole bored, and molten silver is poured in through the sprue hole. The plaster is then broken away, and you have your part.
