  • Ms. Lady:

that’s not what that verse means.

it means dogs and swine refer to people who are enemies of the gospel, as opposed to those who are merely unbelievers. such enemies are to be left alone.

  • irkt:

Mention her out-of-date fashion sense and give her a gift certificate to Omar’s Tent City.

  • Mr. Hellpful:

You brought a smile to my face.

I would have said Monster-in-law though.

  • Dexter Morgan:

THink what this verse means symbolically. Pearls are wisdom or truth and swine could be considered ignorant people or sinners.

  • got_air:

I think it’s ok as long as you don’t throw them at her.

  • Weemaryanne:

There’s also something about using your talents wisely. So you should try to entertain her.

Fake up some divorce papers and have them delivered to her with a big red bow tied ’round ‘em.

  • Ray W:

Only if you throw it at her!

  • smcp1965:

    Ha!! Funny!!

  • Messenger (I has tuff):

Just pass them to her, don’t heave them.

  • Major Trouble - KMA:

Whatsa matta you, you no like givin’ the ole mudder in law a pearl necklace? *snickers*

  • MosesGirl78:

    that is so hilarious! LOL

I wouldn’t because you’d be wasting your money, give her corn husks instead and a bag of mud

  • Instant Star Just Add Coffee-NSF:

    Exactly.

You’re also not supposed to put it in front of bacon either, but you know…

  • Julius C:

I am dumbfounded. You both shop somewhere besides a hardware store AND you buy things for your mother-in-law?

I don’t even know if a 12 step program can help much less anything Jesus said.

  • Crazy Pirate:

as long as it’s not pearls, you are fine

  • Zoot! Allures!!:

Get her a gift certificate at Barney’s Grain & Feedery (just off Highway 5!) Open late on weekends for all your livestock needs!

  • evil kitteh:
