RDO Flex Cast – Gold, Platinum, Palladium Lost Wax Casting System
The Flex Cast system is the latest technology in lost wax casting. Using a pressure over vacuum method of casting for gold as well as high temperature alloys such as Platinum and Palladium. This patented technology incorporates a unique process that eliminates the use of traditional crucibles and metal flasks. The small bench-top system uses a powerful 4kW induction heating generator for fast melt cycles of all alloys.
